311 #OOBE session.

OOBE Session log.   311.

Describe session; Was a good session, already relaxed after having an hours sleep before session. Could really focus and did what felt was right at the time with regards technique used. I could feel lots of what i can only describe as energy currents swirling around and pulsing with my breathing. It felt that i was almost there.

Start time; 6:00pm. Finish time; 6:45pm. Date; 22/7/12. 

Location? Back bedroom.

Direction of body? 106 degrees east.

Enthusiasm level before? 7/10. After? 9/10. 

Pulse before? 65bpm. Pulse after? 62bpm.

What’s been on my mind before session? Doing this session.

Weather conditions before session? Sunny

What time did I go to bed? 9:30pm. Up at? 9:00am.

What’s been happening before session? Reading “Journeys out of the body” by Robert Monroe and having an hours sleep before session.

What have I eaten & drunk before session? Bacon sandwich about four hours before.

Time contemplating OOBE’s before session? About 5 minute but not deeply enough.

Technique used? Deep and shallow breathing. (Felt right at the time.)

Relaxation level? 10/10.

Stray thoughts? None.

Were you disturbed during session? Yes.

Time constraints? Yes, dinner at 7:00 pm.

Mental focus during session? 10/10.

Equipment used? Blackout goggles and ear plugs.

What’s happening after the session? Dinner.

What did the session teach me? To not have time constraints. To plan your session. That having a sleep before session really helps. That when you say something in your mind, that you really mean it. Also to think more deeply about the session before you start.
