OOBE Session log. 306.
Describe session; Got up to relaxing my shoulders when i began to feel i was falling backwards through myself, it lasted quite a long time. I then began to use Graham Nicholls Introductory Vibrational State Technique, i think i may have dozed off half way through because things went very quiet for a while. I regained enough awareness to finish off the technique and remember mentally letting go.

What’s been happening before session? Getting breakfast.
What have I eaten & drunk before session? Cornflakes and a cup of tea.

What did the session teach me? That it could become routine again.
