306th #OOBE session.

OOBE Session log.   306.

Describe session; Got up to relaxing my shoulders when i began to feel i was falling backwards through myself, it lasted quite a long time. I then began to use Graham Nicholls Introductory Vibrational State Technique, i think i may have dozed off half way through because things went very quiet for a while. I regained enough awareness to finish off the technique and remember mentally letting go.

Start time; 4:45. Finish time;5:30. Date;10/7/12 

Location? Back bedroom.

Direction of body? 106 degrees E.

Enthusiasm level before? 6/10. After? 7/10.

Pulse before? 53bpm.  Pulse after? 66bpm.

What’s been on my mind before session? Buying a voice recorder.

Weather conditions before session? Overcast.

What time did I go to bed? 9:30pm. Up at? 4:00am. 

What’s been happening before session? Getting breakfast.

What have I eaten & drunk before session? Cornflakes and a cup of tea.


Technique used? Graham Nicholls Introductory Vibrational State Technique.

Relaxation level? 9/10.

Stray thoughts? Only at first.

Were you disturbed during session?No

Time constraints? Yes, work!!!

Mental focus during session? 7/10 despite falling asleep.

Equipment used? Blackout goggles and ear plugs.

What’s happening after the session? Cycling to work.

What did the session teach me? That it could become routine again.
