304th #OOBE session.

OOBE Session log.   304th.

Describe session; Bit of a frustrating session. I was able to relax ok but for some reason i had a sore throat and had to keep swallowing and it completely messed up my focus.

Start time; 11:15am. Finish time; 12:15pm. Date; 7/7/12.

Location? Front bedroom.

Direction of body? 214 degrees SW.

Energy level before? 6/10. After? 6/10.

Enthusiasm level before? 7/10. After?7/10.

Pulse before? 59bpm. Pulse after? 58bpm.

What’s been on my mind before session? Lots of things really, firstly i was slighty hungover from the night before and my brain was hurting. (The awful waiter kept topping my glass up. 😉  )

I was thinking about oobe techniques and which one to use today.

And i was trying reason with myself why i should have out of body experiences because there is a part of me that thinks i’m not allowed or being prevented. I always realise that this is not the case but sometime i need to remind myself that there is nothing preventing me going out of body only me thinking there is.

Weather conditions before session? Sunny and windy.

What time did I go to bed? 1:30am. Up at? 10:00am.

What’s been happening before session? Had a bath.

What have I eaten & drunk before session? Toast and a cup of tea.

Technique used? Graham Nicholls Introductory Vibrational State Technique.

Relaxation level? 7/10.

Stray thoughts? Only at first.

Were you disturbed during session? Lots of noise coming from outside.

Time constraints? None.

Mental focus during session? 1/10.

Equipment used? Blackout goggles.

What’s happening after the session? Chilling out,,, it’s the weekend.

What did the session teach me? That i need to close the windows during a session and maybe start listening to some brown noise again. Or maybe use ear plugs.
