302nd #OOBE session.

OOBE Session log.   302

Describe session; Could feel my body relaxing / falling asleep and was able to stay awake for a short while. After that i don’t remember anything so i guess i fell asleep. I tried to record this session but messed up somewhere and it didn’t record.

Location? Back bedroom.

Pulse before? 59bpm. Pulse after? 67bpm.

What’s been on my mind before session? Thinking about work.

Weather conditions before session? Foggy and overcast.

What time did I go to bed? 10:30pm. Up at? 4.00am.

What’s been happening before session? Having breakfast.

What have I eaten & drunk before session? Cornflakes and a cup of tea.

Stray thoughts? Yes at first.

Were you disturbed during session? No.

Time constraints? Yes, got to get to work for 7am.

Equipment used? Blackout goggles.

What’s happening after the session? Cycling to work and not sure i want too.

What did the session teach me? I knew that i was to tired to start with
