300th #OOBE session.

OOBE Session log.   300.

Describe session;  Thought i would record the session so i could talk as things happened and then play them back so i can better describe the session. It all started so well, it felt as if my left arm was trying to twist round. I started having mini dreams and in one of them i mentioned something to do with visitors but not sure what that means. I also mentioned that i could hear the rain outside hitting the window.  Any way the rest of the recording is just the awful sound of me snoring my head off…..lol.

Start time; 4:40am. Finish time; 5:30am. Date;3/7/12. 

Location? Back bedroom.

Direction of body? 106 degrees E.

Energy level before? 5/10. After? 6/10.

Enthusiasm level before? 6/10. After? 6/10.

Pulse before? 59bpm. Pulse after? 71bpm.

What’s been on my mind before session? To record the session or not.

Weather conditions before session? Overcast and raining.

What time did I go to bed? 10:00pm. Up at? 4:00am.

What’s been happening before session? Breakfast and getting ready for work.

What have I eaten & drunk before session? Same old routine of cornflakes and a cup of tea.

Technique used? Shallow belly breathing, mentally letting go and stating my intention to  go out of body.

Relaxation level? 8/10.

Stray thoughts? Yes.

Were you disturbed during session? Not today.

Time constraints? Yes, work.

Mental focus during session? 5/10.

Physical immersion? Blackout goggles and voice recorder.

What’s happening after the session? Cycling to work.

What did the session teach me? Need more sleep and that recording the session might not be such a bad idea, even if i do sound awful when i snore!!!
